Easy 6-ingredient marinade that can be used for just about any cut of meat. I developed this mainly for beef tri-tip but it works well for everything.
Mix all ingredients in a baking dish and lay the meat in it. Put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes on each side minimum. It’s best if you can marinate each side for a few hours. Or you can stick the marinade in a Ziplock bag and add the meat, squeeze out all the air and seal bag. Then massage gently for a minute to fully coat the meat and put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
works for all types of meat for the same amount of time except fish, fish should only be marinades for 15 minutes on each side or the meat will start breaking down.
A single batch of this marinade is enough to marinate up to 3 pounds of meat.
