Why buy pre-packaged seasoning when you can make your own in just a few minutes? Simple, easy and (best of all) no chemicals
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store tightly covered in an empty spice jar.
Notes:
1. Five (5) tablespoons of seasoning is used for each pound of ground beef (this recipe makes enough for 2 pounds of beef).
2. To use for seasoned taco beef: Brown your meat (1 pound), drain the fat, and then add 5 tablespoons of seasoning along with ¾ cup of water. Stir to combine. Allow to simmer until sauce thickens and clings to meat. Add more seasoning for a spicier dish, and less for a milder dish.
