Description
Great to use on fish, chicken, in rice dishes, soups—many wonderful uses! Great fun to make your own.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoons Turmeric
- ½ teaspoons Coriander
- ¼ teaspoons Ginger
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Fennel Seed
- ½ teaspoons White Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Cardamom
- 4 whole Cloves, Ground
- ¼ teaspoons Black Peppercorns, Ground
- ½ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir well. Place in clean jar with lid, label and store in a dry cool area.
Will keep 6 months or longer. Try it on some new recipes!
