There are so many uses for this easy spread. It can be used as a dip for a veggie tray, spread on a sandwich—anything you may like.
In a blender or food processor, add diced cucumbers and pulse several times. Add yogurt, sour cream, black pepper, dill and run blender or processor on high for 3–4 minutes to incorporate and cream ingredients together.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
I just serve this delicious spread on the side of a veggie tray with sliced carrot sticks, celery sticks, zucchini sticks. Enjoy!
