A great relish to use on hot dogs and hamburgers from the grill!
Cut off the stems of the Cubanelle peppers and remove seeds. Rinse them in a colander and place on paper towels to dry. Finely dice the Cubanelle peppers and add them into a mixing bowl. Add diced celery, scallions, black pepper and sweet pickle relish and mix well with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
