Salsa, cilantro, cream cheese and other southwestern flavors mix for a bright, flavorful topping.
Place salsa in a food processor or blender and puree to thin/reduce chunks.
Add cream cheese and sour cream. Blend to mix well.
Blend cream cheese mixture, chopped cilantro, and remaining ingredients until well blended.
For a thinner sauce, increase salsa or lime juice amounts or add milk.
Serve with tortilla chips, as a topping for enchiladas, or my favorite—as a dip for Southwestern Egg Rolls.
