Perfect condiment for beef, grilled steaks, and even hamburgers or chicken. Delicious!
In a saute pan on medium heat, add canola oil. When hot, add sliced mushrooms and black pepper. Saute until tender and slightly brown. Remove from heat.
In another pot over medium heat, add heavy cream and corn starch. Whisk well. Add melted butter and stir. Add sautéed mushrooms and tarragon. Cook several minutes. Stir and serve.
We love this with grilled steaks.
