Description

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for making your own creamy Greek salad dressing. I use it to dress Greek pasta salads, but it’s great on any salad. Or use it as a dip for crudite.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 6 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ¾ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • ¾ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ¾ teaspoons Granulated Onion Powder
  • ¾ teaspoons Dry Mustard Powder

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and combine. Shake well before using.

Refrigerate leftovers for up to a week.
