My sister-in-law’s recipe—a delicious change from canned cranberries.
Mix all ingredients together and cook in a saucepan over medium heat until well blended and cranberries pop (approximately 12 – 15 minutes). Cool. Skim foam from the top with a spoon. Place in a mason jar and refrigerate. Enjoy!
This recipe keeps very well. I usually double it at Thanksgiving so I have some already prepared for Christmas, or to give as a hostess gift if we’re dining with friends or family.
