Cilantro, Shallot, Lime Butter

Description
Add a new level of flavor with a cilantro, shallot, and lime compound butter. Delicious served over fish, chicken, or beef.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Shallots, Minced
- 1 Lime, Zest And Juice
- ¼ cups Cilantro, Chopped
Preparation
Place butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and soft. Add remaining ingredients. Mix just until all ingredients are incorporated.
Place butter mixture onto a piece of waxed paper. Form into a log. Refrigerate until firm.
When needed, simply cut off a slice and use.
