Measure out all ingredients. Put everything except the salt, pepper and olive oil in your food processor. Put the lid on and pulse to combine. Drizzle in the olive oil as the machine runs to ensure complete incorporation. Salt and pepper to taste. Move to a bowl and stash in the fridge until ready for use.
