This sauce is spicy and sour—and it’s great on a variety of things from potstickers to chicken, pork and beef.
In a small bowl or cup mix all three ingredients. You can scale the recipe to meet your needs by just keeping the ratio of 2 parts chili-garlic sauce, 2 parts rice vinegar, and one part soy sauce (or shoyu as we call it here in Hawaii).
