An excellent all-purpose seasoning that can be used on meat, chicken, in salads, casseroles, literally anywhere that salt and pepper are called for!
Mix ingredients together well and store in an airtight container. I like to recycle other seasoning containers to store this in. This recipe makes quite a bit, so if you have any leftover that won’t fit into your container, put it in smaller bottles/jars and share with your friends along with a copy of the recipe. They will thank you!
The ratios are great as-is, but feel free to kick up the garlic salt a bit. The white pepper gives it a nice zip so use it if you can. I use this to season roast, steak, pork chops, chicken and in any recipe where a salt/pepper seasoning combo is called for. Just total the amount of seasoning called for in the recipe and use that much chef Salt.
