This creamy sauce tastes decadent but you can eat it with reckless abandon and not feel guilty! Just try eating this and not smiling.
In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil and add cauliflower. Boil for about 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is fork tender. Drain cauliflower and place in a blender with all of the remaining ingredients. Blend until the sauce is smooth. Feel free to add a splash more milk to get the right consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings until you feel happy.
