I just love this on a slice of toasted multi-grain bread or a toasted English muffin.
In a blender add honey, peanut butter and cashews. Blend on medium speed for 4 minutes. Scrape sides of the blender and run on high for 3 more minutes.Place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight for best results.
You can use this on toast, English muffin, cupcakes and more. It has many uses. It will keep in the refrigerator for 1 month. In my house nothing lasts quite that long. Enjoy!
