Cabernet Sauce

Description
This is a delicious sauce to serve with beef and lamb and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Flour
- ¼ cups Cabernet Sauvignon Wine
- ⅓ cups Beef Broth
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1-½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Minced Parsley
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Thyme And Oregano
Preparation
Melt butter in a skillet. When melted, add flour and cook for a minute or until flour begins to turn a tan color. Whisk in other ingredients in the order listed, then turn off the heat.
Serve sauce with lamb or beef.
