A softened butter mashed with crumbled bleu cheese, chives and parsley. Dollop a bit on a grilled steak to make your ordiinary steak incredible.
Soften butter to room temperature. Mash all ingredients together in a bowl with a fork. Serve at room temperature and spoon a tablespoon or so over a grilled steak. Delicious!
