You’ve never had pesto like this; meaty black olives, salty kalamatas, crunchy roasted pistachios and slightly spicy garlic make this the perfect choice to transform any meal from hum-drum to spectacular!
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse in short pulses until everything is in small chunks, but not pureed.
*My olives and pistachios were salty enough that I didn’t need to add any additional salt, but I have made it before when salt was necessary.
