Golly, oh my there are so many uses for this easy recipe. Serve with breakfast items, toast, English muffins, biscuits, pancakes, waffles or whatever else sounds good.
In a large mixing bowl add ripe bananas and smash them with a fork (or potato masher). Add butter, lemon juice and sugars, and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula. Add honey and cinnamon and stir well to combine. Place in airtight container(s), pack it in with a spatula and refrigerate. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week. In my household nothing lasts that long! Enjoy!
