This is a recipe I inherited from my grandmother who would make it when she had plenty of beets from her many gardens.
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Bottle. If you don’t like horseradish, you can leave it out—it’s good either way.

I will try this recipe in the Spring when I harvest my beet crop. I love beets.
