A simple raspberry sauce that goes great on everything from ice cream to waffles!
Place the raspberries, granulated sugar, and water into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
Pour the cooked raspberry mixture, the jam, and the raspberry liqueur into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour this mixture into a bowl through a fine mesh strainer to remove any seeds. Strain again if necessary.
Chill well before serving. Use as a topping for ice cream, cakes, waffles, etc.
