Heat bacon in the microwave for 1 minute. Cut into bite size pieces.
Mix milk and flour together In a skillet over medium heat, add flour and milk mixture, light cream, and black pepper. Cook, stirring continuously, until sauce thickens. Once thick, add bacon pieces and continue stirring to heat through for a few minutes before serving
I like to cut open a buttermilk biscuit on a serving plate and ladle gravy on both halves. It’s a favorite. Enjoy!
