Avocado Dressing and Dip

Description
A delicious creamy dressing made from avocados. This is also great used as a dip for fresh veggies.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 4 whole Avocados
- ½ teaspoons Black Ground Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- ½ whole Lime Juice
- ½ whole Lime Rind, Grated
- ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
Preparation
Place everything into a food processor. Process until smooth. Additional water can be added to thin dressing.
Serve over salad or with fresh cut veggies.
