I made these today! I read the reviews…and I did not think it was too much fat for frying all 8 eggs, it worked out well for me, but thats the joy of cooking you can always change things to make it suit your needs. Love this easy and delish one.

Okay, this was delicious and very common sense. I used Sandwich Thins and just popped my bread in the oven on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees to toast and put the cheese on the bread in the oven after I flipped my eggs. Delish!

Yes, this was yummy! A little too much fat for frying the eggs here (I used 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan), but apart from that it actually is the perfect fried egg sandwich.
Btw: I find it easier to just put the cheese onto the first slice of bread, top that with one or two eggs and finish with the second slice of bread.

Yum! We make these for breakfast but like a grilled cheese, so we pan-fry 1 side of the bread (buttered), and add a little jam inside. The sweet and cheesy and gooey all together is so good in the morning!

Fried egg sandwiches are my favorite after a long day at work. Fast, easy and comforting. Add a little avocado or tomatoe if you feel guilty for no veggies.
