Warm, healthy and delicious with a side of soup or just slathered with butter—just because you can!
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
3. Pour milk over flour and mix well.
4. Add the one egg and mix well. Add one egg white at a time and mix to combine after adding each.
5. Spray nonstick cooking spray evenly among 6 cups of a popover pan or use a muffin tin.
6. Fill cups about 3/4 full with batter and bake at 425 F for 20 minutes then reduce temperature to 325 F.
7. Bake another 15 minutes until golden brown.
8. Serve immediately.
