You’ll love these whole wheat biscuits. They bake up nice and high.
Combine the flours, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cream of tartar. Cut in the butter. Then add the egg and milk.
Knead on a floured board and roll to 1 inch thickness. Cut into 2 inch diameter biscuits.
Place in a greased pan.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes.
