Tender scones with white chocolate and dried cherries (or Craisins). Made even better with white chocolate drizzled on top.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and soda in a large bowl. Cut in butter till mixture is crumbly. Combine yogurt and milk and stir in with cherries and chocolate chips. Don’t over-mix.
Pat dough out on a floured surface to about 1/2″ think and cut into wedges, circles, or hearts for Valentine’s Day! Place on greased cookie sheets. Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375F for about 18-20 minutes.
Serves 6-8.
