Without the rolling and cutting, these biscuits are a quick side dish to complement just about any meal!
Mix together the flours, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Cut in the shortening. Gently stir in the milk and eggs.
Mix just until the dough follows the spoon. Knead 4-5 turns on a floured board. (You may need to add more flour to get the dough so it’s not sticky.) Drop mounds onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
