Think “Cheddar Bay” biscuits from Red Lobster. These are super quick to make and taste fantastic.
Preheat oven to 450F.
With a wooden spoon, mix together Bisquick, milk, grated cheese and 1/2 teaspoon Johnny’s, until a soft dough forms.
Lightly shape into two-inch balls (or use an ice cream scoop), then flatten just a little. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Melt 1/4 cup butter. Mix in remaining 1/4 teaspoon Johnny’s and the ranch dressing mix. When the biscuits come out of the oven, brush some melted butter mixture over the top and serve warm.
