Strawberry Muffins with a hint of cinnamon.
Put paper muffin liners into a 12-count standard sized muffin pan.
In a small bowl combine oil, milk, and egg. Beat lightly.
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and sugar. Toss in the chopped strawberries and stir to coat the berries with flour. Then pour in the milk mixture and stir together.
Fill the 12 muffin cups with batter. Bake at 375F for 16 minutes. Enjoy!
