Delicious and not too sweet. Great for kids’ snacks!
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 ̊C.
2. Roughly chop strawberries.
3. Combine dry ingredients and strawberries in a mixing bowl.
4. Add milk, butter, egg and vanilla.
5. Gently mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
6. Grease a 12-cup muffin tray or line with muffin cases.
7. Scoop 1/4 cup of mixture into each cup.
8. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and muffin springs back when touched lightly.
