Celebrate Valentine’s Day, or any day of the week, with this chocolaty dessert.
Grease 6 muffin cups.
In a mixing bowl or electric mixer, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Add eggs, milk, chips and melted butter. Mix and stir until well-blended.
Spoon into muffin tins, about 3/4 full.
Take six pieces of parchment paper, about 4 inches by 4 inches, and roll them up into balls. Push the paper balls into the center of the muffin cups.
Air fry at 300ºF (150ºC) for 12 minutes. When done, take the muffins out of the air fryer and carefully remove the paper balls. When cooled completely, put a whole strawberry into each hole.
If desired, dust muffins with powdered sugar before serving.
