Description

Beer and carbs. No more explanation necessary!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1-½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • 1 bottle (12 Oz. Size) Beer (I Used Sunset Wheat With Amazing Results)
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF. Grease a standard size loaf pan and set aside.
2. Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a large bowl. Pour in the beer and stir until just combined.
3. Pour batter into the loaf pan and drizzle the melted butter on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
