Description

Pumpkin muffins are the perfect breakfast for a crisp fall morning!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Ginger
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoons Cloves
  • ⅓ cups Butter, Softened
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups Molasses
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree Or Canned Pumpkin
  • ½ cups White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Set aside.

2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and spices.

3. In another larger bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add molasses and mix until smooth.

4. Add milk, eggs and pumpkin and blend thoroughly. Stir in dry ingredients and blend. Add white chocolate chips and stir until all ingredients are incorporated.

5. Fill muffin cups with batter. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes.
