Description

Moist banana pumpkin Nutella bread soaked in vanilla glaze and then baked until golden and crisp. Topped with extra Nutella to make it even more rich.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf (Standard Size Loaf) Pumpkin Banana Nutella Bread (see My TastyKitchen Recipe Box)
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Low Fat Milk (1%)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Nutella, As Desired For Garnish

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut the loaf of bread into bite-sized pieces. Add sugar, milk and vanilla into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stirring frequently, cook until all the sugar is dissolved and the liquid is reduced by half, about 15 minutes.
2. Into an 8×8 glass baking pan, add bread cubes. Pour glaze over the top. Bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy, about 20 minutes.
3. Serve in bowls topped with Nutella. Enjoy!
