A quick and tasty side dish to complement any meal. Just change the seasonings each time!
Thaw puff pastry on counter for about 40 minutes.
Unfold thawed puff pastry onto a piece of parchment paper or a silpat. Cut into 12 thin strips.
In a small bowl, mix egg white with water. Brush egg mixture onto puff pastry.
Sprinkle pastry with salt, garlic salt and rosemary.
Bake in a 400 degree F oven for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
