3-ingredient biscuits that are so easy and foolproof.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix 2 cups Bisquick, sour cream and 1/2 cup melted butter. Add remaining 1/2 cup Bisquick while kneading until mix is dry enough to mold into biscuits. Pour half of the remaining melted butter into a 9″ cake pan (see note below). Mold dough into 7 balls and arrange in the pan. Press down until tops are flat. Bake 20 minutes until nearly golden. Brush remaining butter all over tops. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve with honey, jam or as-is.
Note: If you prefer biscuits with dry sides, use a larger cake pan and don’t allow them to touch when placing in the pan.
