Description

Quick and spicy peppery carrot and potato bread from your bread machine.

Ingredients

  • 1-⅛ cup Water
  • ⅔ cups Shredded Carrots
  • 3 cups Bread Flour (or Unbleached All Purpose)
  • ½ cups Dry Potato Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Evaporated Cane Juice Or Sugar
  • 1-½ teaspoon Dry Yeast

Preparation

Put all ingredients in the bread machine. Set on basic cycle, light crust.

Go lay on the couch for 3 hours, or go shopping, or whatever. Come back to a wonderfully smelling house. Then have a slice of this bread.
