These quick, easy croutons are perfect in soups and salads. It’s a tasty way to use up day-old bread.
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl until bread cubes are well coated.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned bread cubes to pan and cook, turning occasionally, until golden all over, about 5 to 7 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They only last this long in my house if I hide them from my Mr. Enjoy!

This is a very simple, quick and super tasty recipe. I had leftover homemade baguette and this is a super way to use it up. I can see experimenting with the seasonings, too. I’m excited to try adding garlic and chili powder for the perfect crouton topping on spicy chicken soup or corn chowder.
