These Madeleines are not just totally amazing and beautiful, but also super easy and quick to make.
Note you will need a 24-count Madeleines pan for this recipe.
Heat the oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl beat together the eggs and sugar. Add the yogurt, flour, baking powder and melted butter.
Spray or butter your Madeleine pan and sprinkle lightly with sugar. Fill with one tablespoon of dough in each mold.
Bake for about 12 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden on top. Remove from oven. Turn them out onto a rack to cool.
Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar through a sieve. Enjoy these the same day they are baked.
