Easy, buttery, soft and delicious happiness! Tastes almost exactly like naan, but not nearly as difficult!
1. On a clean surface, combine flour and cornmeal.
2. Separate the dough into 8 biscuits. Press both sides of biscuits into flour/cornmeal mixture, then flatten into 6-7 inch rounds.
3. Heat a skillet over medium and spray with cooking spray. Add 2 “naan” rounds and cook 1 minute on each side or until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
4. Place finished “naan” rounds onto a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
5. Re-spray skillet and cook the rest of the “naan.”
6. Eat with my yummy Curried Lentils (see my recipe box)!
