Made with simple feel-good ingredients, this Honey Almond Flax Bread gives you the perfect start to a pleasantly sweet summer day!
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Spray two mini loaf pans (5 3/4 inches x 3 inches x 2 inches) and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk flour and baking powder to combine. Add remaining ingredients (except oatmeal) and gently fold to combine. Sprinkle oats on top if you wish. This batter is a little on the thick side—no worries, it will come out just fine!
Pour batter into the mini loaf pans. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges start to brown. Insert a toothpick or fork to make sure it’s cooked through.
