Homemade drop biscuits are simple and delicious. An easy recipe with ingredients you already have at home that comes together in 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Prep a large baking sheet and set aside.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Pulse to combine. Once combined, add butter cubes and pulse until butter breaks down into pea-sized pieces. Finally, add almond milk and pulse again until a sticky dough forms.
Using a large spoon, drop 12 even scoops of the dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until brown.
