Description

A great bake sale item or school lunch for yours kids. They’ll love it! Easy and yummy to make.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Warm Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Margarine
  • 3-½ cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Ham/turkey Deli Meat
  • 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Start with the pizza dough. Mix the warm water, yeast, salt, sugar, and margarine together. Put in only 1 1/2 cups of flour at first. Mix it up, then add a little more until the dough starts forming a ball. Put the dough off to the side somewhere and let it rise.

While the dough is rising, grab the ingredients for your olive oil mixture: the Italian Seasoning mix and the olive oil. Mix them together and set that aside. Your dough is still rising, so to take up the time, grab your ingredients for the filling: the ham/turkey deli meat and cheddar cheese. Chop up your ham and (if you’re not lazy like me) and grate your cheese. Otherwise, just use store-bought grated cheese.

After your dough has risen, roll it out till it’s about 1/8th of an inch thick and in a rectangular shape. Brush the olive oil mixture onto the dough. Then spread your ham and cheese all over the dough. Now start rolling it up like you would cinnamon rolls. Slice up the roll and lay them on a prepped baking sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 10–15 minutes. Just watch for it to brown. When the edges start getting that “tan,” it’s time to take them out. You can either sell them or eat them.
