Just like the ones at Red Lobster and easy enough to make at home.
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Place Bisquick in a medium bowl. Dice the butter into small pieces. Add to the Bisquick along with milk and shredded cheese. Stir well to combine until a soft dough forms, about 30 seconds. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
While biscuits are baking, combine melted butter and garlic powder. Brush mixture over warm biscuits before removing from the cookie sheet.
