The best homemade Flour Tortillas around!
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add softened butter. Mix with fork, pastry cutter or hands.
Slowly add water until a dough ball forms.
Form 10-12 small dough balls.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out and place on hot skillet.
Cook on med/high skillet for 1 min each side.
Serve warm with all the toppings!

Thanks for posting! These were so tasty, I ate a few plain. I need to remember to roll them thinner next time I make them.

I have used both white, white/wheat, and whole wheat in this recipe. It always turns out great! Good luck!

Could you use whole grain flour and get the same results?

These are really good. Didn’t change a thing…cept I used a food processor on pulse, to whip up the dough in about 30 seconds. Also they were so nice and yummy I made a batch and froze them.
