Savory breakfast muffins with feta cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.
Preheat oven to 400 F and line a 12-count muffin tin with liners.
In a large bowl whisk together flours, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs and half-and-half.
Add butter to the flour mixture and using an electric mixer, mix until just combined, about 1-2 minutes.
Mix in the egg mixture until combined then pour in the tomatoes, cheese, and green onions. Mix well and then pour even amounts into each of the muffin liners.
Bake until puffy and golden, about 15-20 minutes.
