Seriously. It’s ridiculously simple. And very tasty!
Mix the dry ingredients (flour and baking soda) in a bowl and set aside.
Mix the wet ingredients (eggs, oil, sugar, bananas, nuts) in a bowl and set aside.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients (i.e. mix the ingredients from both bowls together).
Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour (loaf) or 30 minutes (muffins).
