These cheddar biscuits are ready in under 30 minutes! It only takes three ingredients before you can gobble down these cheesy flaky biscuits!
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Mix all ingredients carefully. Do not over mix. Try to fold the ingredients together. Drop dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll or pat the dough down to 1/2 inch thick. Take the biscuit cutter and push down quickly pulling back up. Do not twist! Keeping the dough from sealing around the edges will allow your biscuits to rise!
Grease your pan or spray with cooking oil and lay the biscuits out almost touching. Bake until the tops are just starting to turn golden brown. Enjoy!
