These drop biscuits are light and fluffy, slightly sweet and very easy to make, and great hot out of the oven with some jam (and healthier, too).
Whisk together all the ingredients. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes. Drop by dessert spoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet or a lightly buttered sheet.
With damp hands, smooth out any peaks and shape lightly to make them more uniform.
Bake for 18 minutes in a 350-degree (Fahrenheit) preheated oven or until they are firm to the touch but not coloured.
